Today's solid-state drives: The value perspective
This is a very good article on the current value of solid state drives. While i see them as something that will be widely used to replace hard drives for now they are mostly used to carry around data (jump drives) or in devices that are compact like ipads, laptops or cell phones. anyway go read the whole thing over here
